Dr. Hayes graduated in 2008 from the University of Southern California Dental School where he was a teaching assistant, received an Air Force scholarship, and was a Pierre-Fauchard Dental Student of the Year. Dr. Hayes has extensive dental training including: three years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry, a Master’s Degree in Oral Biology and is a Board-Certified Dentist with the American Board of General Dentistry. Serving our country as a dentist in the Air Force took him, his lovely wife, and their four wonderful children around the country for almost a decade. Dr. Hayes received numerous accolades including: Meritorious Service awards and Air Force Dentist of the Year in 2010. Dr. Hayes and his family were ready to have a permanent home. He is honored to have purchased Dr. Nicolette’s practice and looking forward to continuing the excellent care they have provided their patients for over 30 years! It is a joy to move back home, to live close to family and to explore the beautiful state of Colorado! We would love to treat your families dental needs at Hayes Family Dental!
